    For many of us, mornings began with anxiety and fear – jaws clenched, chests tight and minds racing through endless “what ifs”.

    Some days, there was nothing at all. Just a numb, heavy fog that made it hard to feel present or alive.

    We were told to “think positive”, to push through, to try harder – but our bodies never got the message.

    At times, we carried the quiet belief that something was wrong with us, that we’d never feel normal again.
